Customer Account

After logging into your customer account, go to the “Profile” section.

Here you can edit or delete your main billing and shipping addresses, add new ones, or update your VAT number.

When logging in, simply click on “Forgot password”. You will then be able to reset your password and create a new one.

No worries, this happens!

Just enter the email address linked to your customer account in the password reset field. You will automatically receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Creating a personal customer account gives you many advantages:

  • Faster checkout thanks to stored address details
  • Easy management and tracking of your orders
  • Quick updates of billing and shipping addresses
  • Create and manage your own wishlist for favorite products
  • Access to exclusive offers and discounts (where applicable)

If you wish to permanently delete your customer account, please contact our customer service team. For data protection reasons, the deletion must be confirmed manually. Once completed, all your stored data will be securely removed.

Yes, you can store and manage several shipping addresses in your customer account. This makes it easy to select the right delivery address during checkout, for example, if you want to ship to your studio, home, or another location.

In your customer account settings, you can subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. This way, you stay in control and only receive updates, promotions, and product news if you want them.

Shipping

Within Germany, your package will usually arrive within 3 business days after placing your order.

If you need your order faster, we also offer DHL Express Shipping for a small additional fee.

As soon as your DHL package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with all shipping details, including a tracking link.

If you haven’t received this email, simply send us a short message or give us a quick call – we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.

We offer different shipping methods depending on the country of delivery and the total weight of your order.

We offer free shipping within Germany for all online orders shipped via DHL with a net order value of €150 or more.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can place orders of any size – even small ones.

If your order arrives with visible damage, please report it to the DHL courier immediately and take photos of the package. Afterwards, contact our customer service so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team. Once your package has been handed over to DHL, changes are no longer possible, but you may be able to adjust the delivery via the DHL tracking portal.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the weight of your order. During checkout, you can view the available international shipping options and exact costs for your country.

Returns

All details regarding your right of withdrawal for consumers can be found on our Withdrawal Policy page. Please note that this right only applies to private customers, business customers are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Visible damage: If the package shows visible damage upon delivery (e.g., holes in the box), please refuse to accept the parcel from the DHL courier and state the reason “Visible damage”.


Hidden damage: If the damage is only visible after unpacking, please download the damage claim form via the link provided on our website. We will review the claim and inform you asap.

If your package seems to be stuck in DHL tracking or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us with your customer number or order number.

We will initiate an official investigation with DHL.

To return an item, please pack it securely and include all original parts, packaging, and a copy of your invoice. Attach the return label provided or contact our support team if you need assistance generating a DHL return label. Once your return has reached us and has been inspected, we will notify you by email.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, the refund will usually be processed within 7–14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected during checkout. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Yes, all tattoo inks available in our online shop are tested according to the latest REACH regulations and are fully compliant. You can use them with confidence and without concerns.

We always aim to keep a wide range of products available. If an item is temporarily out of stock, simply click on the “Notify me when available” tab on the product page and enter your email address. You will automatically be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.

  1. Classic Freehand: Remove the backing sheet and start drawing directly. The design is transferred onto the carbon paper.
  2. Classic Sheet Carbon: Allows you to trace your design freely without machines – flexible and independent.
  3. Thermal Paper for Thermal Printers: Perfect for printing your designs in different sizes directly.
  4. Thermal Paper for Thermal Copiers: Transfers your artwork directly onto the carbon paper.

All stencil papers are also available in Green Versions, which are especially suitable for darker skin tones.

Yes, our range already includes a wide variety of vegan tattoo products. You can find all details in the individual product descriptions.

We are continuously expanding our eco-friendly selection, such as:

  • Vegan tattoo inks and tattoo aftercare creams
  • Paper-based supplies like eco paper ink caps
  • The Inked Army ECO FRIENDLY products, made from compostable and biodegradable bioplastics

New sustainable products are added regularly, it’s worth checking back often.

Most inks contain very small to negligible amounts of nickel, sometimes none at all. Since the REACH regulation, these amounts must always be declared on the label.

The exact nickel content can be found in the official ink certificates.

If your client has a nickel allergy, we recommend consulting a doctor and carrying out an allergy test before use.

All certificates for our tattoo inks are available for download on the respective product detail pages. These documents contain full details on composition, compliance, and safety information.

Shop Your Workflow

For professional client preparation, we recommend disinfectants, surface cleaners, and skin prep solutions to ensure hygiene and safety before starting the tattoo session.

Use high-quality stencil papers and stencil transfer gels for precise and long-lasting design placement. Our range includes thermal transfer papers for printers as well as freehand options.

During tattooing, you’ll need reliable machines, sterile needles, cartridges, and ink caps. All products in this section are curated to support smooth workflows and consistent results.

Use barrier protection, covers, surface disinfectants, and disposable supplies to maintain a sterile work environment and protect both artist and client.

Our aftercare creams, foams, and protective tattoo films are dermatologically tested and many are vegan. They support faster healing and vibrant color retention.
