Engineered with top grooves on the tip to accelerate ink flow into the reservoir, these cartridges ensure efficient saturation during shading and packing. A stabilizing cross structure around the needle maintains precise alignment and reduces lateral movement. The needle-plunger connection is fully integrated with polycarbonate, eliminating tin solder contact to enhance safety and hygiene. Equipped with Dragonhawk’s proprietary rebound membrane composed of four elastic materials, these cartridges reduce needle bar pressure and effectively prevent fluid backflow into the machine body. Each cartridge is EO sterilized and individually sealed, compatible with standard cartridge needle systems.
